Louise Crumpton Thacker, 92, of Jemison died Monday, August 27, 2012 at Hatley Health Care, Clanton. She was born on Saturday, December 6, 1919 in Chilton Co. AL, Daughter of the late Pratt Crumpton and the late Rena Childress Crumpton. She was a Supervisor. Surviving are her Son, Johnny (Ellie) Thacker, Jr. of Jemison, AL; Sister, Marie (Bill) Hayes of Dothan, AL; Brother, J.N. Crumpton of Bessemer, AL; 7 Grandchildren, Numerous Great-Grandchildren & Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Peggy Louise Bush and Husband, Rev. John D. Thacker, Sr.. Friends will be received from 10-11, Friday, August 31, 2012 @ Macedonia Baptist Church. Services will be held Friday, August 31, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. David Bishop and Rev. Gene Hitchcock officiating.
