She was born on Friday, February 4, 1916 in Chilton County, AL, Daughter of the late Marvin Kelley and the late Luella Mims Kelley. She was a Seamstress. Surviving are her 2 Sons, Joe (Shelby) Parrish of Lakeland, FL, Jimmy Charles (Wanda) Foshee of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Peggy Parrish of Clanton, AL; Brother, James (Sara) Kelley of Sylacauga, AL; Sister, Hazel (Willard) Dale of Panama City, FL; 13 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Arthur L. Foshee. Friends will be received from 6-8, Wednesday, February 25, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, February 26, 2009, at 10:00 AM. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Christmas officiating.
