Surviving are her 4 Daughters, Doris Maddox of Clanton, AL, Helen Varden of Knoxville, TN, Betty (Jim) Hughes of Clanton, AL, Kathy (Jackie) Tracy of Clanton, AL; Son, Wallace Varden of Clanton, AL; Son Jackie (Jan) Varden 3 , Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren; Sister, Emma Ruth Asburn of Atlanta, GA. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Otis Varden; Son, Renfro Varden; Son, George Varden; Son, Otis Varden, Jr.; Daughter, Shirley Smitherman. Friends will be received from 5-8, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev.
