Lynda Fay Cleckley, 70, of Clanton died Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. She was born on Saturday, July 20, 1946 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Ermon Cleckley and the late Addie Faye Mims Cleckley. She was a cook. Surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends. Friends will be received from 5-7, Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Edward Wilson & Rev. Ball officiating. Interment will follow in Archers Chapel Methodist Cemetery, Jemison, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
