Margaret S. Beckers, 86, of Clanton died Thursday, April 3, 2014. She was born on Saturday, May 28, 1927 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Acie Sims and the late Katherine Bell Sims. She was a Type Setter. Surviving are Daughter, Dorothy (Ronnie) Baker of Clanton, AL; Granddaughters, Daphne (Bruce) Wingard of Wetumpka, AL, Michelle (Phil) Perdue of Clanton, AL, Donna Henderson of Tallassee, AL, Dana (Mike) White of Blakely, GA; Grandson, Matthew (Melissa) Jones of Clanton, AL; Sister, Louise Williams of Enterprise, AL; Brothers, Clyde Sims of Clanton, AL, Curtis Sims of Texas; 5 Great-Granddaughters, 4 Great-Grandsons, 1 Great Great-Grandson. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Acie & Katherine Sims, Husband, Amos Jones and 2nd Husband, James Beckers, Sons, Jimmy W. & Larry Jerrel Jones. Friends will be received from 1-2, Saturday, April 5, 2014 @ Providence #2 Baptist Church. Services will be held Saturday, April 5, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at Providence #2 Baptist Church with Rev.
