Mark David Taylor, 58, of Clanton died Friday, October 4, 2013. He was born on Thursday, October 21, 1954 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Milton Taylor and Gerthyne Easterling Taylor. He was a Mechanic/Sub-Foreman. Surviving are his Daughter, Mrs. Marci (Jarrad) Bates; Grandsons, Hugh David Bates, Luke Calloway Bates; Mother, Mrs. Gerthyne E. Taylor; Brothers, Mr. Bobby Taylor, Mr. Jim Taylor; Sister, Ms. Pam Taylor; Wife, Mrs. Angie Taylor. He was preceded in death by his Father, Mr. Milton Taylor. Friends will be received from 1-2, Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at New Life Community Church. Services will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at New Life Community Church with Rev. Scot Springer officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Baptist #2 Cemetery, Clanton. Martin Funeral Home directing. The family requests no flowers.
