Martha McKee Mims, 88, of Clanton, Alabama passed away December 27, 2019 at Residence , . She was born December 9, 1931 in Chilton County, Al, Daughter of the lateVaughn McKee and the late Sallie Culp McKee. Mrs. Mims was a retired teacher, principal in the Chilton County School system for 46 years. Surviving are her Husband, Dan Mims of 62 years, Son, Daniel McKee (Amy) Mims, Granddaughter, Alison Mims, Granddaughter, Mallory Mims. She was preceded in death by her Brother, Edward (Pete) McKee, Father, Vaughn McKee, Mother, Sallie Culp McKee. Friends will be received Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Sunday December 29, 2019, at 3:00 pm. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Billingsley, Alabama .
