Martha Plant Easterling, 85, of Clanton died Friday, December 9, 2011. She was born on Thursday, March 18, 1926 in Tallapoosa Co. AL, Daughter of the late Robert C. Plant and the late Luna Welch Plant. She was a Teacher. Surviving are her Son, John Mark Easterling of Hoover, AL; Daughter, Lee Easterling Risner of Clanton, AL; Daughter-in-Law, Elizabeth McBride Easterling of Hoover, AL; Granddaughter, Kelly Elizabeth Easterling of Hoover, AL; 2 Grandsons, Frederick Matthew Risner of Atlanta, GA, John Mark Easterling, Jr. of Birmingham, AL; Great-Granddaughter, Madison Rene Risner of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Lee D. Easterling, Jr.. Friends will be received from 5-7, Saturday, December 10, 2011 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Sunday, December 11, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. at Clanton First United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Anderson officiating.
