He was born on Tuesday, June 1, 1943 in Alabama, Son of the late Sylvester Robinson and the late Lucille Porter Robinson. He was a Lineman with Alabama Power Co. Surviving are his Wife, Joan N. Robinson of Jemison, AL; 2 Daughters, Paige R. (Brent) Scruggs of Clanton, AL, Leighsa Robinson of Jemison, AL; Son, Shane (Kim) Robinson of Jemison, AL; 3 Brothers, Junior Robinson of Jemison, AL, Jerry Robinson of Jemison, AL, Terry Robinson of Jemison, AL; Grandchildren, Brentley Scruggs, Brittan Scruggs, Shayna Robinson and Shelbie Robinson; Step Grandchildren, Kassie Byrd, Kamber Byrd and Ty Byrd; 2 Great-Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 1-3, Tuesday, March 13, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 3:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
