Mary Jones Chism, 102, of Clanton died Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Hatley Health Care, Clanton. She was born on Saturday, November 16, 1912 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Marion C. Jones and the late Clyde Daisy Campbell. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her Daughters, Ms. Amelia Alawine of Fairhope, AL, Mrs. Mary Clyde (Emmett) Huff of Clanton, AL; Son, Mr. Billy (Jane) Chism of Clanton, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Mr. E. G. "Sunshine" Chism. Friends will be received from 12-1, Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Baxter Chism and Rev. Rob West officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
