Mary Anne Mckinney

Mary Anne McKinney, 81, of Plantersville, AL., went home to be with the Lord on November 14, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie & Jessie Elmore Sullivan; infant brother; and her husband, Bob Edd McKinney. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Tiger) Jones, of Selma, AL; son, Scott McKinney of Plantersville; granddaughter, Reagan (Matt) Tolbert of Odenville; grandson, Michael Smith of Selma; devoted Yorkie companion Abby; and many special cousins and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Stanton, AL., with Rev. Danny Rasberry officiating. Burial will be at Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery, Stanton, AL.; Visitation will be Friday, November 16, 2012 from 5-7:00 PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Stanton, AL. Pallbearers will be Michael Smith, Matt Tolbert, Mike Walls, Dennis Burnett, Billy Gregg, and Leonard Atchison. Honorary Pallberarers will be the deacons at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Tommy Gregg, Gene Carter, Charles Ellis, Charles "Bubba" Stough, and Donnie Stone. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Boyd Bailey, Dr. Datla and resident doctors of Selma Family Medicine; Dr. Samer Fahoum, Dr. Sedyi Aksut, and the special nurses and staff from the ICU unit at Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma.
