Surviving are her 3 Sisters, Christy Cosgwells, Angela Minor, Jennifer Blake; Brother, Tommy Lee Wells; A number of Nieces & Nephews. Friends will be received from 12-1, Friday, July 6, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, July 6, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
