She was born on Thursday, May 28, 1959 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Mike Gallagher and Shirley Gene Minor . She was a Nurse. Surviving are her Husband, Joe Smith of Jemison, AL; 2 Sons, Jesse Smith of Jemison, AL, Shane (Jackie) Smitherman of Panama City, FL; Daughter, Joanna Smith of Jemison, AL; Mother, Shirley Floyd of Panama City, FL; Brother, Randy Gallagher of Carrollton, GA; 4 grandsons, 1 granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her Father, T.W Floyd. A memorial services will be held Saturday, November 14, 2009, at 11:00AM. at Martin Funeral Home with Lynn Rowe and Elbert Simon officiating.
