Marylou Diane Hackett Morris, 63, of Clanton, Alabama passed away April 28, 2023, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL.

She was born May 14, 1959, in Alabama, daughter of the late Robert E. Lee Scott, Sr. and Marylou Markovitz Scott.

Surviving are her Mother, Marylou Mable Markovitz Scott, Daughter, Christina (Damon) Bradford, Grandson, Tristan Bradford, Grandson, Layton Bradford, Granddaughter, Brynley Bradford, Sister, Crystal Connell, Nieces and Nephews, Daphne, B.J., Brittany, Kaitlin, Logan, and Hayden.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Robert E. Scott, Sr., Son, Tim Hackett, Brother, Robert Scott, Jr., Husband, Joe Morris.

Friends will be received Monday, May 1, 2023, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Monday, May 1, 2023, at 11:00 am. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harvey (Butch) Hubbard officiating.

Interment will follow in Scott Cemetery, Thorsby, Alabama.
