Matthew (Rockstar) Owen Cook, 3, of Maplesville, Alabama passed away October 9, 2023, at Children's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

He was born October 27, 2019, in Montgomery, Alabama, son of Scott Cook and Juwana Cook.

Surviving are his Father, Raymond Scott Cook, Mother, Juwana Michelle Cook, Brother, Brandon (Terra) Cook, Sister, Kayla (Lee) Cook Robertson, Brother, Dustin (Erin) Kelley, Brother, Payton Cook, Sister, Laci Cook, Brother, Caleb Cook, Brother, Marcus Cook, Sister, Ali Cook, Sister, Alissa Cook, Grandparents, Raymond and Kay Cook, Aunt, Linda Kennington, Aunt, Teresa Chancey, Aunt, Wendy McGhee, A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Mike and Betty Kennington.

Friends will be received Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 13, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tater Harrison officiating.

Interment will follow in Plantersville Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Lee Robertson, Dustin Kelley, Payton Cook and Buck Myers.
