Mattie Lucille Jones, 86, of Clanton died Friday, November 18, 2016 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. She was born on Saturday, October 4, 1930 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Elsie Patterson and the late Alva Adams Patterson. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Daughter, Sandra (Johnny) Johnston; Sons, Joseph (Carol) Jone, David (Barbara) Jones, Michael (Debbie) Jones; 8 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild; Brother, Crayton Patterson. She was preceded in death by her 4 Sisters. Friends will be received from 10-11, Monday, November 21, 2016 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, November 21, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Donald Vanderslice officiating. Interment will follow in Chestnut Creek Bapt. Cem., Verbena, AL .
