Michael Baines Mike Robertson

Michael (Mike) Baines Robertson, 72, of Clanton, AL passed away Friday, February 28, 2014. He was born on Monday, May 5, 1941 in Alabama, Son of the late Glenn Morris Robertson and the late Sarah Baines Robertson. He was a Sales manager for an international company for 34 years before retiring to Chilton County where he was director of the Chilton County Chamber of Commerce. He honorably served his country in the Alabama National Guard and the United States Air Force from 1959 to 1965. He is survived by his Wife, Patsy Robertson; Son, Glenn R. Robertson; Step-son, Ben Reddoch; Brother, Bill. Robertson; Sister, Glenda R. Bearden. Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 8, 2014, at 1:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Clanton with Rev. Matt DeBord officiating. No Flowers, please donate to the Michael Robertson Scholarship Fund at LeCroy Career Tech Center. A designated account is in effect and will benefit those students who wish to attend the school and cannot afford tuition.
