Mildred Nelson Griffin, 85, of Verbena died Thursday, February 14, 2013. She was born on Thursday, November 24, 1927 in Chilton Co., AL. She was a Operator. Surviving are her Niece & Caretaker, Mildred Bowman of Verbena, AL; Several Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Snooks Griffin. Friends will be received from 1-2, Saturday, February 16, 2013 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in Verbena Cemetery, Verbena, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing.
