Mildred Blankenship Harrell, 85, of Clanton died Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her residence. She was born on Wednesday, October 23, 1929 in Virginia, Daughter of the late James Johnson and the late Alice Spencer Johnson. She was a Teacher at Head Start. Surviving are Husband, James Blakenship; 2 Sons, Jeff (Frances) Blankenship, Sammy (Billie Jo) Blankenship; 3 Daughters, Genola (Darrell) Terry, Sylvia (Jimmy) Cleckler, Robin Goodman; 18 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren & 1 Great-great Grandchild.
