Moses E. Mims, 79, of Clanton died Tuesday, April 16, 2013. He was born on Sunday, November 26, 1933 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Washington Mims and the late Clara Thompson Mims. He was a Milkman. Surviving are Daughter, Virginia (Joe) Littleton of Clanton, AL; Sons, Larry Mims of Clanton, AL, Jimmy (Regina) Mims of Clanton, AL, Michael (Elaine) Mims of Clanton, AL; Grandson, David Littleton; Granddaughter, Rachel Mims; Great-Granddaughters, Ivie & Averie Littleton. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Gearl Dean Mims. Friends will be received from 6-8, Wednesday, April 17, 2013 @ Temple Assembly of God. Services will be held Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. at Temple Assembly of God Church with Rev. Wesley Friday and Rev. Royce Ellison officiating. Interment will follow in Temple Assembly of God Cemetery, Clanton, AL. Family would like to thank Southern Care Hospice and Jan Chastain for their care and support. Martin Funeral Home directing.
