Myra Mims Cleckler

Myra Mims Cleckler, 68, of Clanton, Alabama passed away August 25, 2024, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL.

She was born March 13, 1956, in Alabama, daughter of the late Thomas E.J. Mims and the late Myrtis Thomas Mims.

She was a Nurse.

Surviving are her Brother, Ronald (Ellen) E. Mims; Nephews, Jay (Laura) Mims, Chris Smitherman, Bryan (Wendy) Smitherman, Josh (Jaclyn) Mims, Great Nieces, Emily Barnett, Taylor Latham, Sydney Smitherman, Great Nephews, Brady Smitherman, Jackson Mims, Brady McCormick, and Dylan McCormick.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Jimmy Walton Cleckler; Father, Thomas E.J. Mims; Mother, Myrtis Thomas Mims.

Friends will be received Tuesday, August 27, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Jay Mims officiating.

Interment will follow in Sunshine Assembly of God Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
