Myra Bess Robinson Ellison, 70, of Clanton died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at her residence in Clanton. She was born on Sunday, January 23, 1944 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Howard "Bud" Robinson and Pearline Cleckler Robinson. She was retired from the Soil & Conservation Services. Surviving are Son, Michael Chad Ellison of Clanton, AL; 2 Daughters, Ginger E. Ricks of Clanton, AL, Shelley Lynn Minor of Clanton, AL; Mother, Pearline C. Robinson of Jemison, AL; 2 Brothers, Ed Robinson of Jemison, AL; Tom Robinson of Cullman, AL; 4 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild & Like a Son, Johnny H. Carter of Clarksville, TN. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Wilbur G. Ellison and Father, Howard "Bud" Robinson. Friends will be received from 1-2, Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Martin Chapel with Funeral Services following at 2:00 pm. Rev. Jay Hurd will officiate the services.
