Neil Robbins Martin, Sr., 96, of Wetumpka died Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Charlton Place, Deatsville, AL. He was born on Friday, May 24, 1918 in Coosa Co., AL, Son of the late Nolen Robbins Martin and the late Lela Catchings Martin. He was Executive Director of Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service in Elmore County. Surviving are his 4 Daughters, Mrs. Barbara M. (Hilton) Knight of Wetumpka, AL, Mrs. Rebecca M. (James) Harchanko of Huntsville, AL, Ms. Lela M. Melton of Auburn, AL, Mrs. Ruth M. (Bert) Curtis of Troy, AL; Son, Neil R. "Rob" (Betty) Martin, Jr. of Auburn, AL; 10 Grandchildren, 25 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Jeanette Pickard Martin and Infant Daughter, Alice Lee Martin. Friends will be received from 1:30-3P.M., Monday, August 18, 2014 @ First Baptist Church of Wetumpka. Services will be held Monday, August 18, 2014, at 3:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Wetumpka with Rev. Anthony Counts and Dr. James Troglen officiating.
