Nelta B. Poe, 96, of Clanton, Alabama passed away August 15, 2021 at her residence in Clanton, Alabama. She was born February 15, 1925 in Corinth, Mississippi, daughter of the late Harry Johnsey and the late Annie Lee Kingom Davis. She was a Manicurist. Surviving are her Daughter, Charlotte E. Gaines, Grandchildren, Craig (Joyce) Gaines, Brian Gaines, Tammy Gaines, Amy Frost Tubs, Jason Frost and Adrene Frost; Great-Grandchildren, Brandon (Emily) Gaines, Megan Gaines, Grant Gaines and Nickalas Roberson; Great Great-Grandchildren, Ryan Gaines and Magnolia Gaines. She was preceded in death by her Father, Harry B. Johnsey; Mother, Annie Lee Davis; First Husband, Ralph Frost, Jr.; Second Husband, Thomas Poe; Son, Ralph Frost, III; Brother, Roy Johnsey, Bud Johnsey and Harry Ward Johnsey; Son-in-Law, Troy Gaines; Grandson, Joseph Scott Gaines; Great-Grandson, Christopher Gaines; Great-Grandson, Jaxson Gaines. Friends will be received Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Walnut Creek Church. Services will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Walnut Creek Church.
