She was born on Monday, November 27, 1939 in West Virginia, Daughter of the late Ralph Sawyers and the late Nina Goings Sawyers. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Daughter, Tammy (Darin) Scott of Thorsby, AL; Grandsons, Brandon Blankenship of Maplesville, AL, Cody Scott of Thorsby, AL; Great-Grandson, Drew Blankenship of Thorsby, AL; Sisters, Betty (Hut) Gwinn of Pleasant Grove, AL, Bonnie (Harold) Gunter of Meadow Bridge, WV; Brother, Ned Sawyers of Bel Air, MD; Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Bobby Jack Gentry, Parents, Nina & Ralph Sawyers, Sister, Sally Sawyers, Sister, Lula Cook, Brother, Boyd Sawyers and Brother, Lloyd Sawyers. Friends will be received from 11-1, Wednesday, April 3, 2013 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
