He was born on Tuesday, January 16, 1940 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Ottis Bice and the late Flossie Minor Bice. He was a Owner. Surviving are Wife, Evelyn Bice; Daughters, Kaye Simmons, Audrey Simmons, Carmen Cochrane; Son, Carl Easterling; Grandsons, Timothy Hicks, Dustin Simmons; Granddaughter, Tonya Anello; Great-Grandchildren, Austin, Blake, Corry, Kaley, Presley, Hayleigh, Gracie, Ella; Sister, Myrt Headley. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Ottis &Flossie Bice. Friends will be received from 5-7, Friday, June 8, 2018 @ New Covenant Baptist Church. Services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018, at 12:00 P.M. at New Covenant Baptist Church with Bro. Jack Jones and Bro. Bert Tippett.
