Surviving are Sons, Garry Mayfield of Maplesville, AL, Jerome (Mesha) Mayfield of Maplesville, AL; Granddaughters, Janice Maddox of Maplesville, AL, Morgan Jane Mayfield of Maplesville, AL; Grandson, Justin Mayfield of Saraland, AL; Great-Granddaughter, Jesslyn Maddox of Maplesville, AL; Great-Grandson, Hunter Kelley of Maplesville, AL; Sister, Brenda Lewis of Montevallo, AL; Brothers, Buck Ratliff of Billingsley, AL, Carl Ratliff of Columbiana, AL. She was preceded in death by: her Husband, Argle Mayfield, Sister, Annie Sue Nichols, Brother, Jerry Ratliff. Friends will be received from 12-1, Friday, May 18, 2018 @ Cox Chapel Church.
