Osburn Michael "Mike" Mims, 51, of Clanton died Thursday, January 28, 2015 at his residence. He was born on Tuesday, October 15, 1963 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Son of Osbon L. "Oz" Mims and Janice Gore Mims. He was a Welder. Surviving are Daughter, Courtney Nicole Pinkard, SD; Father, Osbon L. "Oz" Mims and Mother, Janice Gore Mims, both of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Theodore W. & Ella Mae Mims and Herman & Merlene Gore. Friends will be received from 5-7, Friday, January 30, 2015 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015, at 11:00 am. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Larry Reeser officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
