Oscar Allen Bailey

Elder Oscar Allen Bailey, 87, of Westover, Alabama passed away May 20, 2023, at his Residence in Westover, AL.

He was born October 22, 1935, in Arista, West Virginia, son of the late Sylvester Kenneth Bailey and the late Ida Mae Wood Bailey.

He was a Minister and he retired from Kimberly Clark Corporation in 1988.

Surviving are his Wife, Shirley Sue Bailey, Daughter, Paula (Johnny) Cooley, Daughter, Benita Joiner, Granddaughter, Lacey Whitaker, Grandson, Zeke Whitaker, Grandson, Michael (Jessica) Cooley, Brother, Leland Bailey, Great-Granddaughter, Bailey Whitaker, Great-Granddaughter, Paisley Whitaker, Great-Grandson, Tristan Carter, Great-Grandson, Jaxon Cooley, Great-Grandson, Trevin Cooley.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Sylvester Kenneth Bailey, Mother, Ida Mae Wood Bailey, Brother, David Bailey.

Friends will be received Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church.

Services will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 12:00 pm. at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Lon Moon, officiating.

Interment will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
