Patricia Ann Champion Fulford

Pat Fulford, 81, of Clanton, Alabama passed away on Thursday, January 7 , 2021 at her residence in Clanton. She was born on Friday, October 27, 1939 in Jemison, Alabama daughter of the late Richard Dalton Champion and late Doris Martin Champion. She was a retired Teacher and Child Nutrition Director for the Chilton County Board of Education. She is survived by her Son, Kyle Fulford; Daughter, Kathy (Myrle) Grate; Grandson, Micah Grate; Granddaughter, Anna Grate; Sister, Betty Joyce (Jimmy Don) Posey; Sister, Sara Nell Champion; Sister, Kaye Hendon; A Host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins; Caregiver, Maggie Cooper. She was preceded in death by her Father, Richard Dalton Champion and Mother, Doris Martin Champion. She was a faithful member of West End Baptist Church in Clanton where she served as a long time Sunday School Teacher and WMU Director, among many other positions over the years she attended. Services will be held January 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at West End Baptist Church with Reverends James Watkins, Eddie Lightsey and Kenny Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Chilton Memorial Gardens in Clanton.
