Pauline Jones Kelley, 88, of Clanton, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at her home. She was born on Thursday, September 4, 1924 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Daughter of the late Rainie Jones and the late Lina Rollan Jones. She was a retired Registered Nurse who worked at Chilton County Medical Center in the operating room and Emergency Department She was a faithful member of Bethel Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving are Daughter, Cathey (John) Layman; Son, Oscar (Ann) Kelley; 4 Grandchildren, Darrell Mundy, Audrey Cubbison, Travis (Amanda) Kelley, Carey Anna Kelley; Great Grandchildren, Michael, Christy & John Cubbison and Lauren, Reagan & Emmie Kelley; 2 Brothers, Wayne Jones, Ollie Clyde Jones; Sister-in-law, Marzelle Dennis; Brother-in-law, Edward Cox; Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Carey E. Kelley; Parents, Rainie & Lina Jones; Brothers, Rufus, Dan & James Carl Jones; Sister, Merietta Cox. Friends will be received from 5-7, Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Sunday, August 4, 2013, at 2:00 pm. at Bethel Primitive Bapt. Church with Elder Mike Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
