Sparks and the late Lucille Noojin Sparks. She was a Cook. Surviving are Husband, Randall Bailey; Children, Angela Russell, Robert Siffles, John Siffles; Brother, Eddie Sparks; Sisters, Sara Minor & Mary Hitt; 11 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Susan Caton and Brother, Alvin Sparks. Martin Funeral Home directing.
