Peggy Ann Bryan, 81, of Clanton, Alabama passed away March 30, 2023, at her residence.

She was born January 12, 1942, in Jemison, Alabama, daughter of the late Ivey Matthews and the late Hassie Matthews.

She was retired from Peoples Southern Bank as a bank teller. She was a prayer warrior and a devoted member of the Clanton Church of God.

Surviving are her Son, Russ (Andrea ) Bryan; Son-in-law, Ricky Wyatt; Grandchildren, Leah (Keyoda) Baskin, Justen "Jud" (Kacy) Wyatt, Evan (Morgan) Bryan and Parker Bryan; Great-Grandchildren, Kailee Battle, Cora Wyatt, Kamari Baskin and Elise Bryan; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Ivey Vaughn Matthews; Mother, Hassie Opal Matthews; Husband, LaVaun Bryan; Daughter, Cindy Wyatt; Daughter-in-law, Wendy Bryan.

Friends will be received Sunday, April 2, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 2, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Boatwright officiating.

Interment will follow in Highland Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
