R. D. Headley, 91, of Clanton died Thursday, December 8, 2016. He was born on Friday, June 26, 1925 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Ulysses Grant Headley and the late Adaline Baker Headley. He was a Farmer. Surviving are Son, Howard (Geraldine) Headley of Jemison, AL; Sister, Ressie Jones of Clanton, AL; Granddaughter, Rita Darelene (Ricky Minor) Dillaha of Clanton, AL; Grandson, Kenny (Rebekah) Headley of Clanton, AL; Great-Grandsons, Andrew Kirkland of Somerset, KY, Matthew Headley of Clanton, AL; Great-Granddaughter, Kensley Headley of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Ruby Marie Headley, Brother, Otis Headley and Sister, Lucille Headley. Friends will be received from 12-2, Saturday, December 10, 2016 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Greg Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Clanton, AL.
