Surviving are his Son, Nathan Emmerich of Clanton, AL; 2 Grandchildren, Sara Kate Emmerich of Clanton, AL, Carter Emmerich of Clanton, AL; Step-mom, Velda Emmerich, Missouri; 2 Brothers, Kelley Brooks of Verbena, AL, Steve Emmerich of Clanton, AL; Sister, Cathy Carr, Missouri; Numerous Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Kenneth & Laura Brooks; Father, Loren J. Emmerich; Wife, Brenda S. Emmerich.
