Raymond Robert BRASHER, Sr., 81, of Thorsby died Tuesday, August 19, 2008. He was born on Sunday, October 31, 1926 in Jefferson Co., Alabama, Son of the late John Andrew Brasher and the late Allie Mary Moore. He was a retired Salesman for Red Diamond Coffee after 30 years of service. Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Ruby Nell Brasher of Thorsby, AL; 2 Daughters, Mrs. Patti Gordon of Hueytown, AL, Mrs. April Moon of Thorsby, AL; Son, Mr. Raymond R. "Bob" Brasher, Jr. of Huntsville, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 6-8, Friday, August 22, [emailprotected] Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, August 23, 2008, at 11:00. at Thorsby First Baptist Church with Rev. Von McQueen officiating. Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery, Thorsby, Alabama.
