Richard Lynn Martin

Richard "Ricky" Lynn Martin, 69, of Jemison, Alabama went to be with the Lord ,Monday, April 8, 2024, at St. Vincent's Chilton in Clanton, Alabama.

He was born December 23, 1954, in Alabama, son of the late Joy Martin and the late Hazel M. Northcutt.

Ricky was a dedicated employee of Norfolk Southern Railroad for 40 years. He enjoyed watching Alabama Football. He looked forward to weekend coffee with his nephew (Jay), talking about football, work, his old cars '67 Chevelle and '70 Chevelle. Ricky enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren and he always loved his dachshund pups. He was loved dearly by his family and will truly be missed.

Surviving are his Wife, Katherine Martin; Sons, Mitch (Alicia) Martin, Max Martin; Step-Sons, Jason Littleton, Patrick (Kayla) Sims; Sister, Lanelle Johnson; Brother, Jerry (Debbie) Martin; Grandsons, Andrew Carlisle, Riley Semmes, Warner Sims; Granddaughters, Kinsley Martin, Willow Sims, and a host of nephews and nieces..

He was preceded in death by his Father, Joy Lee Martin and Mother, Hazel M. Northcutt.
