Richard Smith, 68, passed away December 7, 2019 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster, AL. He was born September 8, 1951 the son of Jake Smith and Alma Killingsworth . He was a Logger. Surviving are his Brother, Stephen (Jackie ) Killingsworth, Sister, Jenelle (William) Haggard, 2 Grandsons, and a host of Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by him Father, Jake Smith, Mother, Alma Killingsworth, and Son, Andy Lee Smith. Services will be announced at a later time. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please donate to the funeral cost. Interment will follow in Mars Hill Baptist Cemetery, Jemison, Alabama .
