Rickey Bice

Rickey  Bice, 70, of Verbena, Alabama passed away December 31, 2023, at Residence in Verbena, AL.

He was born June 29, 1953, in Alabama, son of the late Carlis Bice and the late Syble Bice.

He was a Heavy Equipment Operator/Coal Miner.

Surviving are his Wife, Sandra Bice; Son, Ashley (Kellie) Bice; Grandson, Conner  Bice; Granddaughters, Emma Bice, Sophie Bice.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Carlis A. Bice; Mother, Syble J. Bice; Sister, Jean Bice.

Friends will be received Wednesday, January 3, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church.

Services will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 11:00 am. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Vanderslice officiating.

Interment will follow in Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery, Verbena, Alabama.

Pallbearers will be Conner Bice, Greg Moore, Keith Moore, Randell Kelley, Jon Mims, Gary Bates, Doug Bice, and Kenneth Moates.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Bates and Daniel Kelley.
