Robert "Bobby" Easterling

Robert "Bobby"  Easterling, 87, of Clanton, Alabama passed away January 24, 2024, at Tallassee Health and Rehabilitation.

He was born May 31, 1936, in Alabama, son of the late Clarence Easterling and the late Mary "Polly" Easterling.

He was a member of the Clanton City Council for 36 years, a member of the City of Clanton Volunteer Fire Department and an avid golfer with 5 holes in one. He was owner of Bobby's BP Service Station.

Surviving are his Wife, Gearldene Melton Easterling; Daughter, Valerie Easterling (Bill) Speaks; Son, Robert Kelly Easterling, Jr.; Grandsons, Gavin (Carol Lyn) Speaks, Trey (Sarah) Speaks; Great-Granddaughters, Izzy Speaks, Selah Speaks.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Clarence Easterling; Mother, Mary "Polly" A. Easterling; Brother, Jimmy Easterling.

Friends will be received Friday, January 26, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Friday, January 26, 2024, at 11:00 am. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
