Robert "Dick" Elvin Cleckler, 80, of Clanton died Sunday, December 17, 2017. He was born on Thursday, August 19, 1937 in Alabama, Son of the late Robert Clifton Cleckler and the late Willie Mae Littleton Cleckler. He was a Painter. Surviving are Wife, Lula Bell Cleckler of Clanton, AL; Sons, Wayne (Freda) Cleckler of Clanton, AL, Claudie (Bo) Cleckler; Daughter, Mary Cleckler of Clanton, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Kathy (Jerry) Deavers of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Robert Clifton & Willie Mae Cleckler. Friends will be received from 9-10, Thursday, December 21, 2017 @ Martin Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, December 21, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Calvin Smitherman officiating. Interment will follow in Old Macedonia Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
