He was born on Friday, June 19, 1953 in Peru, IN, Son of the late Robert Joel Cook, Sr. and the late Mary Short Cook. He was retired from the Air Force. Surviving are his Wife, Patricia Edwards Cook of Deatsville, AL; Son, Shane Lockhart; Daughters, Jacqueline Cook, Kathleen Malto; Brothers, Roger Clemons, James Clemons, Ronnie Cook, Mike Cook; Sister, Pam Green; 5 Grandsons, 2 Granddaughters, A host of other family.
