He was born on Wednesday, October 30, 1940 in Tallapoosa Co., AL, Son of the late Charles Robert Helms and the late Pauline Lamberth Helms. He was a Crew Leader at the Paper Mill. Surviving are his Wife, Bonnie S. Helms of Prattville, AL; Sons, Tracy S. Helms of Prattville, AL, Toby K. (Sherry) Helms of Montgomery, AL, L. Todd (Connie) Helms of Deatsville, AL; Grandsons, Corey T. Helms of Clanton, AL, Robert L. Helms of South Korea; Granddaughter, Lindsey M. Helms of Montgomery, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Charles Robert and Pauline Helms. Friends will be received from 10-11, Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Midway Church of Christ, Marbury.
