Surviving are 3 Daughters, Charlotte Davenport, Birche Blankenship, Allie Blankenship; 4 Sons, Roger Blankenship, Clark Blankenship, Josh Blankenship, Lacy Blankenship; 5 Grandchildren, Brandon Evans, Matthew Evans, Jessica Sledge, Sara, Julie & Lacy Blankenship, Amanda & Tonya Cook; 3 Great-Grandchildren.
