Roger Dale Perry

Roger Dale Perry, 60, of Clanton, Alabama went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 30, 2024.

He was born October 30, 1963, in Alabama, son of late Frank Perry Jr., late Lamar Robinson and the late Betty Robinson.

Roger loved the cowboy way of life. He has rode bulls, bareback horses, as well as shown western pleasure horses throughout his life. He has flanked lots of horses for some great cowboys.

Roger was also a top notch over the road truck driver. His last adventure was driving tour busses for music entertainers. He was loved dearly by his family and will truly be missed.

Surviving are his Daughter, Haley Perry (Nick) ; Sister, Tina Thomas(Chris), Niece, Kristin Thomas, Nephew, Justin Robinson, A host of cousins and very special friends..

He was preceded in death by his Father, Frank Jasper Perry, Jr.; Mother, Betty Jean Robinson; Step-Father, Lamar Robinson; and Brother, Marlon Robinson.

Friends will be received Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Mountain Springs Independent Church.

Services will be held Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 11:00 am. at Mountain Springs Independent Church with Bro. Gregg Thurman, Van Headley, and Bro. Donald Vanderslice officiating.

Burial will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens, Clanton, Alabama.
