Roland Wayne Davis, 84, of Clanton died Tuesday, April 30, 2019. He was born on Friday, February 1, 1935 in Hale Co., AL, Son of the late Nim Rod Davis and the late Hazel Lee Nevins Davis. He was a Minister for 61 years. Surviving are Wife, Carolyn Davis; Son, Anthony "Michelle" Davis; Daughter, Andrea ( Marcos) Torres; Granddaughter, Jayda Minor; Grandsons, Landon Minor, Gaven Torres, Dawson Davis, Dylan (Kelsie) Davis; Great-Granddaughter, Anna Lace Minor. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Nim & Hazel Davis. Friends will be received from 10-12, Saturday, May 4, 2019 @ Liberty Hill Baptist Church. Services will be held Saturday, May 4, 2019, at 12:00 P.M. at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Justin Nelson and Rev. Kent Dodson officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Hill Baptist Cem., Clanton, Alabama. Flowers ok, or you may make donations to Liberty Hill Baptist Capital Fund, 5800 Co. Rd. 37, Clanton, AL 35045.
