Elijah "Ross" Robinson, 80, of Clanton died Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Thursday, July 22, 1937 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Elijah H. Robinson and the late Mildred E. Jones Robinson. He was a Teacher. Surviving are Wife, Ann Robinson of Clanton, AL; Daughters, Kim Robinson Thrash (Jimmy) of Wetumpka, AL, Shana Robinson (Delvin) Genebacher of Prattville, AL; Son, Glenn Elijah Robinson (Cindy) of Clanton, AL; Grandchildren, Kristen Thrash Chastang (Bailey), Todd Thrash, Taylor Robinson Jones (Wiley), Caty Robinson McCord (Cody), Elle Robinson, Kensley Genenbacher, Kyla Genenbacher, Kiera Genenbacher, William Cannon (Amanda); Great-Grandchildren, Adalynn & Sawyer Chastang, Wiley Jay Jones, Hadley Cannon; Brother, Ricky (Shirley) Robinson. Friends will be received from 1-2, Tuesday, April 17, 2018 @ Providence Baptist Church #2. Services will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Providence Baptist #2 Church with Rev. Glenn Bonds and Rev. Evie Megginson officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Baptist #2 Cem., Clanton, Alabama.
