He was born on Wednesday, August 23, 1944 in Key West, FL, Son of the late Roy Edward Sweatt and the late Thelma Mae Thornton Sweatt. He was in Food Sales. Surviving are Wife, Barbara Sweatt of Jemison, AL; Daughters, Lisa Crocker of Demopolis, AL, Angie (Mark) Lawrence of Orrville, AL; Sons, David (Tami) Powell of Rising Fawn, GA, Clint (Bethany) Sweatt of Alabaster, AL; 10 Grandchildren, Numerous Nieces, Nephews & Other Family; Brother, Terrill Sweatt of Leeds, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Roy & Thelma Sweatt, Brother, Roger Sweatt and Daughter, Ginger Sweatt. Friends will be received from 5-8, Tuesday, August 30, 2016 @ Jemison First Baptist. Services will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. at Jemison First Baptist Church with Rev. Rex Kent officiating. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery, Jemison, AL .
