Ruby E. Easterling

Ruby E. Easterling, 77, of Prattville, Alabama passed away March 30, 2021 in Montgomery, Alabama. She was born October 2, 1943 in Clanton, Alabama, daughter of the late Columbus Littleton and the late Flora Robinson Littleton. Ruby loved to be with and around her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a great love for birds and flowers. Some of her favorites are Hummingbirds, Morning Doves, Sunflowers, Black Eyed Suzies and Confederate Roses. Watching squirrels was another great love she had until they started getting into her bird feeders. She had a talent for growing beautiful Angel Trumpets. Along with flower gardening Mrs. Ruby loved to plant a garden full of vegetables and strawberry plants to share with her family and friends. Surviving are her Daughters, Lynn (Chris) Ray and Rita (Jeff) Smith; 4 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, J.C. Littleton; Sister, Gail Baldwin; Sister, Peggy Benton; Host of Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by Her Husband, James Edward Easterling; Father, Columbus Littleton; Mother, Flora Robinson Littleton; 5 Brothers, 4 Sisters. Friends will be received Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Parlor B. Services will be held, April 3, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at Midway Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
