AL, Daughter of the late Grady Birchfield and the late Mae Cottney Birchfield. She was a Nurse. Surviving are her Daughters, Linda Volz of Birmingham, AL, Margaret (Jerry) Jordan of Birmingham, AL, Sue Collins of Gulf Shores, AL; Sisters, Laverne Smith of Lafayette, AL, Lemerle Gilmore of Auburn, AL; Grandsons, Jud Holcomb of Ardmore, TN, Chris Holcomb of Huntsville, AL, Jeff Jordan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Keith Williams of Jemison, AL; Granddaughters, Tracey Jordan of Alabaster, AL, Becky Cobb of Huntsville, AL, Cathleen Garcia of Jemison, AL; 14 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Fred Hand. Friends will be received from 5-7, Sunday, March 10, 2013 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Monday, March 11, 2013, at 1:00 P.M. at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, AL.
